I’m a sucker for punny phraseology. Characterizing the anticipated implosion of the housing market over the next few months, due to adjustable-rate mortgages resetting, as an “ARM-ageddon” is gold, baby.
We’ll see if this latest talk of real-estate Armageddon is real this time. The warning sirens have been sounding for well over a year; whether or not it ripple-effects beyond the most volatile markets is anyone’s guess.
