Riddle me this, Phone-Man:

Why is it that when I’m stationary — at home or at a desk — my phone can go hours on end completely inert, never ringing or vibrating; but when I’m out and about, it pulls in 5 or 6 calls?

Compounding that: I usually have to let most of those calls go to voicemail. Meaning I have to call back, and the call-back time is typically not optimal for the other party — probably because they, too, are then in motion. So then they have to call me back, yet again.

The most vicious of circles. Just email me instead, okay?
