What a way to spend a Friday night: Wrapping Christmas presents. Unfortunately, even though this cold I’ve got is subsiding, it’s still taken enough out of me today to keep me at home tonight. At least there’s a slew of hockey games on tonight…

Besides, it was obviously now or never, or near enough, as far as finally getting those gifts wrapped. I’d finished buying them, and the wrapping material, days ago; they were getting to be a pending chore, mainly because I’m not particularly adept at giftwrapping, and so I was avoiding it.

Funny thing is, I managed to do it without a hitch. No mis-cut paper, no awkward taping, nothing. It was a breeze. Maybe I should catch a cold every year around giftwrapping time.

Still, if I had my preference, I’d be spraying on the wrap.
